Confronting Racial Biases in STEM

This Forbes article describes multiple experiences that challenges a lot of scientists perspectives. Many people think that the more education received, the less implicit biases a person has, but through these examples, we can see that the STEM field needs to include better education on how scientists can contribute to systematic racism. From the Tech industry to medicine, the assumption that these people are less racist that the average person has been proven false many times. We as a group need to actively educate the next generation to be the change that we all are striving towards.
